Turcite sheet is kind of composite material of PTFE with the polymer as the base a high performance linear bearing strip for use on linear bearing application of the machine guideways tools and other gibs way applications.

Guideways on CNC machine tools ensure the exact direction of motion of components such as slides, sleeves, quills,plungers, etc. At the same time, guideways must bear the weight of the guided components and workpieces and absorb the machining forces without deformation.

Turcit b slydway provides low friction, stick-slip-free

operation, long life and minimum wear.

It is installed using a two-part epoxy resin adhesive after cleaning and degreasing the bare metal surface thoroughly.

The seal is dimensionally stable, maintenance-free and can be operated with or

without lubrication.
